On March 22, 2025, Can Protect Foundation, a leading breast cancer awareness NGO in India, organized a Free Breast & Cervical Cancer Screening Camp for female staff and teachers at St. Joseph’s Academy, Dehradun. Led by Dr. Sumita Prabhakar, this initiative aimed to promote early detection and raise awareness about women’s health and cancer prevention in educational institutions.
Why This Camp Matters

Through this camp, we empowered them with vital health knowledge and preventive tools, ensuring they can care for themselves and help others stay informed. This awareness drive was part of the ‘Meri Maa Swasth Maa’ campaign, focused on women’s preventive healthcare in schools and colleges.
